Telstar Custom Ballot Finishing Press
This Telstar all-servo custom 20” wide press finishes digitally printed election ballots produced by five digital printers.
Processes include one spot color either on the front or back, creasing, scoring, perforating in a rotary die station, sheet cutting in a rotary die station, and shingling on an 8’ long conveyor.
Edge trim is evacuated and chopped.
Production rates are near 400 FPM.
