Cast & Cure DecoMod Mounted to Telstar Rails on an 18” Aquaflex Press
Telstar added a parallel rail kit and a Cast and Cure DecoMod to this 18” Aquaflex press.
The web travels between print stations so that no flexo colors are sacrificed for the added capability.
Features include a UV flexo print station with enclosed chamber inking, an unwind with outboard support, vacuum splice table, casting drum, and a rewind with closed-loop tension and a lay-on roller.
Over 20 C2 film uses can be achieved with this equipment at speeds nearing 400 FPM. The unit also produces cold foil transfer with high quality consistent results.
