Telstar Cold Foil Mounted on a 20” Allied Press
The Telstar Unwind and Rewind features a multi-puck pneumatic unwind brake and multi-puck rewind clutch, both with LOCO facings for smooth and steady draw on foil webs from 4” to 20”.
The rewind shaft is independently driven with a variable speed motor. Outboard support arms maintain parallelism on full rolls.
The pneumatic nip features a regulator for both front and back air cylinders for evenly balancing the nip pressure.
The unit can be easily re-sequenced for various job requirements.
