Telstar’s Multi-Lane Unwind
This Multi-Lane Unwind is ideal for supplying multiple streams of magnetic strips, foil, or reinforcement tape.
Shown here applying lanes of double backed tape that has a liner on one side.
Each lane is individually tensioned with a simple mechanical brake arm assembly.
A grooved Teflon block rides over the edge of the backer plate providing lane guiding and very light tension.
Rolls of material are held in place with a mechanical cam lock.
The front support arm pivots out of the way for roll loading.
Lanes can be as close as 1” apart.
