This Press is now an efficient converting machine creating a unique multi-web product.
A Telstar 40” diameter Unwind Stand with closed-loop tension and web steering introduces an auxiliary web to the process through a Half-Turn Bar on the second deck of the Bridge Assembly.
A custom dryer package cures a unique chemistry that is then stabilized with a chill drum.
The process required that the web be printed front and back both before and after the multi-web constriction was created.
The project was pre-engineered and approved with our CAD-To-GOTM process so installation and commissioning was trouble-free.
