Our stand-alone servo nip assembly with closed-loop tension control solves tension issues on most printing and converting operations.
The servo nip assembly can be used to replace braked-only in-feed nip arrangements to provide precise closed-loop tension and control to the printing/converting zone.
The unit is able to maintain very low constant tension set points when supplying thin gauge laminates to a multi-web process.
