Cold Foil on a Mark Andy P7 with a Rail Kit
The Telstar Unwind and Rewind features a multi-puck pneumatic unwind brake and multi-puck rewind clutch, both with LOCO facings for smooth and steady draw on foil webs from 4” to 20” wide.
The rewind shaft is independently driven with a variable speed motor. Outboard support arms maintain parallelism on full rolls.
The pneumatic nip features a regulator for both front and back air cylinders for evenly balancing the nip pressure.
Telstar designed the equipment to mount to the P7 rail kit for ease of re-sequencing the cold foil process.
