Telstar’s Electrically Heated Hot Stamp System Features a Single Handle Impression Adjustment
Many of our hot stamp installations are placed into a servo driven rotary die station either bridge mounted above the print stations or placed on the rail system of the press allowing hot stamping within the print zone.
When the pressure screw adjustments are placed in a conventional manner, one in front and one in back, the height above the floor makes it difficult and time consuming to reach the adjustment screws.
Customers asked for an adjustment mechanism that does not require the use of a ladder and leaning over the press to make impression changes.
The front mounted hand wheel is split for precise parallelism.
The hand wheel then uniformly rotates for the final correct pressure.
Adjustments can be made on-the-fly.
