Nip Assembly, Pneumatic Control
Telstar manufactures nip assemblies for a variety of applications. All are made to order to meet the requirements of the job. They can be motor driven or web driven.
The base roller can be aluminum, stainless steel, or traction coated. A variety of rubber compounds and durometers are available for the nip roller.
Idle rollers can be added to guide a laminate web to the nip point.
The nip roller moves on – off impression through a selector switch.
A regulator and gauge allow for setting nip pressure.
