Servo Genius Registration System
Telstar’s “Servo Genius” Registration Control is the ultimate in providing Auto and Re-Registration Capability.
It can be commanded to run in Registration Mode where it will read and correct the tool position for each incoming mark.
It can be commanded to run in Ratio Mode making the tool run faster or slower than the actual web velocity’s incoming mark.
It can be commanded to run in Auto Ratio Mode where the system looks back at a number of register marks and analyzes what it had to do to maintain register and then automatically adjust the drive ratio to achieve a near zero error with each.
The system can “window” in on a registration mark and ignore everything else in a busy field. Screens are available for home, setup, maintenance, and diagnostics.
